Series 2210 Pre-Insulated Tubing is a thermally insulated fluid transport line suitable for steam, gas, or liquid transport. Each line is comprised of the following elements: • Single metal process tube •Moisture resistant, non-wicking, inorganic fibrous glass thermal insulation •Choice of weather protective jacket The energy-efficient design provides for nominal jacket surface temperatures of 170°F or lower at 80°F ambient conditions while transporting 700°F saturated steam. Bundles can be designed for applications operating at process temperatures up to 1100°F. Tubing and jacket selections for these higher temperatures are limited. Series 2256/2266 Low Temperature Maintenance (LTM) Self-Regulating Electric Traced Tubing is a thermally insulated fluid transport line for use in applications requiring freeze protection, viscosity maintenance, or condensation prevention, where the line may be cleaned or purged using steam or hot gasses. Each line is comprised of the following elements: • Single or multiple process tube(s) • Low temperature, self-regulating heating element with tinned-copper braid and fluoropolymer overjacket manufactured by Pentair Thermal Management • Heat-reflecting foil wrap • Moisture resistant, non-wicking, inorganic fibrous glass thermal insulation • Choice of weather protective jacket The energy-efficient design provides for a minimum temperature maintenance of 10°C at –40°C ambient. The standard product is available with a 16 or 29 watt per meter, 230 VAC Type BTV self-regulating heating element. Manufactured by Pentair Thermal Management. The heating element will withstand continuous exposure to 65°C and intermittent exposure to temperatures of up to 85°C. 2E56 and 2E66 Bundles are approved for use in hazardous areas by FM Approvals:

Series 2211/2213 Heavy Steam Traced Tubing is thermally insulated and prefabricated. These performance-engineered products are designed to maintain fluid temperature viscosity in process lines using saturated steam where operating temperatures exceed 400°F. The tubes are cabled to provide solid contact and consistent heat transfer throughout the bundle length Each line is comprised of the following elements: • Single or multiple metal process tube(s) • Metal steam tracer tube cabled with, and in constant contact with the process tube(s) • Moisture resistant, non-wicking, inorganic fibrous glass thermal insulation sized for maximum operating temperature • Seamless, weather protective jacket, choice of: lead-free low temperature FRPVC; halogen-free FRTPU; flame retardant 125°C Rated FRTPE The compact energy-efficient design keeps the outer jacket at or below 170°F while transporting fluids at temperatures up to 750°F
