Tubing

Tube Fitting Specialties stocks dual certified 304/304L and 316/316L tubing which are the most common grades for a variety of instrumentation and hydraulic applications. This material is stocked in 20 foot lengths and supplied with mill test reports (MTR). Whether it be seamless or welded, domestic or import, stainless steel tubing is our core competency.

Coiled tubing

304/316L

Plastic Tubing

304/316L

Coiled tubing allows for the installation of long length tubes without the need for joining fittings.

This reduces

installation time and costs as well as eliminating potential leak points. Can be supplied in custom cut-to-length sections as small as 50'. Available from 1/8" to 3/4"

Copper

Plastic Tubing

304/316L

Dehydrated and nitrogen purged and sealed copper tube is of a consistent annealed temper, bright and thoroughly dried and packaged in individual cartons. Tube is manufactured in accordance with ASTM B280 and ANSI B9.1, refrigeration industry standards. Available in 50 or 100 ft coils.

Plastic Tubing

Plastic Tubing

Plastic Tubing

Lightweight, flexible, more cost effective option for lower pressure applications.

Available in polyethelene, tygon, nylon, vinyl, PVC, PVDF, silicone, and more!

Specialty Alloys

Alloy 20

Alloy C276(Hastelloy)

Alloy 400(Monel)

High resistance to sulfuric acid, also shows suitable resistance in phosphoric acid, nitric acid and aqueous salt solutions.

Alloy 400(Monel)

Alloy C276(Hastelloy)

Alloy 400(Monel)

High resistance to corrosion, can be used in contact with fluorine, hydrofluoric acid, hydrogen fluoride or their derivatives. Corrosion resistance behavior in seawater is excellent.

Alloy C276(Hastelloy)

Alloy C276(Hastelloy)

Alloy C276(Hastelloy)

One of the most universally corrosion resistant alloys available. Has exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, chlorides, solvents, wet chloride gas, hypochlorite and chlorine solutions.

Alloy 625 (Inconel)

Alloy 625 (Inconel)

Alloy C276(Hastelloy)

A nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that is used for its high strength, high toughness and excellent corrosion resistance. Has good resistance to oxidation and scaling at high temperatures.

Super Duplex 2507

Alloy 625 (Inconel)

Super Duplex 2507

Characterized by very good chloride corrosion resistance, combined with very high mechanical strength. It is particularly suited for use in aggressive environments such as warm chlorinated seawater and acidic, chloride containing media.

Alloy 825

Alloy 625 (Inconel)

Super Duplex 2507

Provides exceptional resistance to numerous corrosive environments. Exhibits pronounced resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) induced by chlorides and alkalis.

Tungsten

6 Moly (Alloy 6 MO)

6 Moly (Alloy 6 MO)

Tungsten tubing offers several benefits due to its high melting point ( 3422°C ), strength, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for applications requiring durability and resistance to extreme temperatures and pressure, such as in furnaces, aerospace, and electronics.

6 Moly (Alloy 6 MO)

6 Moly (Alloy 6 MO)

6 Moly (Alloy 6 MO)

6 moly tubing offers significant benefits, including high resistance to pitting, crevice, and general corrosion, especially in chloride-rich environments, along with excellent weldability and workability.

Suitable for harsh environments like brackish water, seawater, pulp mills, and bleach plants.
